individual situation by:
- Pre-qualifying
for a loan online
- Calling or e-mailing
our local office |

mortgage consultant will contact you to talk about
your current situation and determine your future goals. You
can expect to talk about your: estimated market value of your
home, your credit history, and the equity you have in your home. |

Based on
the information collected and your credit report, your
mortgage consultant will give you a proposed interest rate and
loan amount that you are likely to qualify for. |

Your
mortgage consultant will request certain financial documents
(see application checklist
for necessary documents) that are necessary to go forward with
your loan. Your mortgage consultant will also talk about
setting up an appointment for you and a licensed appraiser to
meet and assess the value of your home. |

With the
application process now complete, you mortgage consultant will
notify you when your loan has been approved. At this time an
appointment will be made for closing the loan. A closing
agent will coordinate and distribute all the paperwork and funds,
according to the terms agreed upon. |
